I think that from now on whenever anyone asks if I want to watch a movie that’s full of white dudes, I’m just going to say that I’ve already seen it. Because no matter what it is, I’ve pretty much already seen it.
Just tried to watch a French documentary about the world’s oldest known cave paintings. Really cool title but SO BORING. I do not see how they could have stretched that into like two hours. I could have just looked at pictures or a 90 second YouTube video.

However, try to channel that frustration in different ways. Acting on that frustration towards them will most likely cause more anxiety. Also realize that they aren't not taking your advice to hurt you or make your life more difficult in anyway. It's just something they have to come to decide on their own. (text 1)
Also try and keep open positive communication about your feelings with your friend. It will help you and them so much. Try not to be negative. Also this is very important, you cannot fix them. As much as you might love to and as much as maybe they might wish you could. You are only able to support and be positive. Which is a whole lot of help. So don’t ever get down on yourself about that. I’ve been on your friends side and it’s a struggle. They just need support and love from you <3
Thanks for the advice!
